The role of Hotel Front Office Manager involves overseeing the efficient management of hotel operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:
* Effective supervision of front desk staff to ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out processes.
* Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of reservations, room allocations, and key deliverables set by the Sales Department.
* Collaboration with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure exceptional cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Salary and Benefits
$85-$90,000 per annum + super.
