Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients and families, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming experience. You will manage enquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, and provide diary management support to our team of Psychologists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing patient and family enquiries (in person and over the phone)
• Scheduling bookings and processing appointment payments
• Diary management for a team of Psychologists
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong administrative skills, professionalism, and the ability to create a positive first impression. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly regarded. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
