This is a premium, investor-focused residential builder operating across NSW and QLD, with expansion into Melbourne's northern growth corridors already underway. They work with serious property investors — people acquiring $750,000 – $1,500,000 house and land packages — and they deliver those outcomes through a carefully curated network of Channel Partners.
Their Channel Partner network spans buyer's agents, property strategists, SMSF specialists, and investment-focused mortgage brokers — professionals who trust them to deliver quality homes with speed, certainty, and genuine care.
This is a business built on relationships, not transactions. If that's how you operate too, read on.
