Due to business growth we are looking for a proactive Business Support Officer to work with the General Manager to ensure effective tracking and execution of critical business targets and processes. This role would suit someone who is highly organised and is able to coordinate multiple people and processes to ensure key deadlines are met. To be the successful candidate you will bring structure to a fast moving environment. This is a high trust role where you will gain varied and meaningful responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a key point of coordination between the General Manager and internal stakeholders across sales, operations, logistics and support functions
2. Following up agreed actions, reports and deliverables to ensure timelines are met and priorities are progressed
3. Collating, reviewing and summarising information from across the business, highlighting key issues, risks or matters requiring escalation
4. Assisting with the preparation of regular management reporting
5. Supporting business and operational projects, helping track progress and maintain accountability
6. Managing schedules, meetings workflows and external priorities
7. Providing general business support and coordination as required in a trusted, confidential capacity
Skills and knowledge you will bring to the role:
1. Confident following up senior stakeholders and comfortable driving outcomes
2. Able to interpret information and identify what matters, not just pass it on
3. Self-directed, reliable and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
4. Previous experience in a business support, coordination or executive support role will be highly regarded
