The Role Within the practice the PAs have a 'portfolio of responsibility'. This role supports three wonderful surgeons. It's a busy role with a lot to juggle so organisation and communication skills are key, as is a mindset of teamwork. While each PA has ownership of their role and its responsibilities, they also work in harmony, supporting one another with the smooth management of each patient's surgical journey. About You Experience working in Reception or as a Secretary/PA within a specialist medical practice is essential. You will also ideally have Gentu experience. Of equal importance will be your ability to join a high functioning and professional team, contributing positively to a workplace where everyone strives to do their best; for themselves, for their specialists, their colleagues and for their patients!
