Job Title: Asset Development Specialist
About the Role:
The Asset Development Specialist will play a key role in supporting the implementation of responsive, flexible, and accurate work systems and practices. This involves preparing information and data on community services and assets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting the development of asset management strategies and plans.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service-led asset management goals.
* Providing technical support to internal stakeholders regarding asset management.
* Preparing reports and presentations to communicate asset management information.
Requirements:
* A completed tertiary degree in property, engineering, community planning, or a related field within the last 2 years.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
