Step Into a Role That Grows With You
Scout Talent is looking for a full-time Junior-Mid Sales & Account Executive to join our Global HQ team in Milton, Brisbane .
This role reports directly to our GM of Australia and is supported by a tight-knit group of seasoned Sales Leaders and Legends who coach, mentor, and back your success every step of the way.
You’ll play a vital role in generating new business, nurturing leads, and growing client accounts through proactive, consultative sales. Your responsibilities will include:
* Jumping on warm leads and kicking off great conversations
* Taking the initiative to chase cold leads and carve out your own niche
* Booking and running discovery calls that feel more like real chats
* Crafting smart, tailored solutions that make clients say “yes”
* Winning new business and keeping things smooth post-sign-up
* Owning the full sales journey - start to finish, no handballing
* Teaming up with our specialists to deliver brilliant outcomes and truly delight our clients
* Building lasting client relationships and leading renewal conversations that feel natural, focused on adding value, impact, and growth to their business

You’re here to make a difference to small and medium businesses (and have a crack at the larger ones!) across Australia, and you’ve got the quick thinking and grit to do it. Hungry to grow, open to coaching, and fun to work with - you’re exactly the kind of person we want on our team.
To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
* At least 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience (we are open to industry)
* Confidence managing the full sales cycle
* Familiarity with CRMs, KPIs, or activity targets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Bonus points for SaaS, software, recruitment or media sales

Your compensation is tailored to reward success, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions leading to OTE of $100k–$120k in your first year, and even more beyond .
