Working across the restaurant and conferencing, key duties of the role include:
· Delivering timely, friendly and professional table and bar service while
anticipating guests' needs
· Demonstrating knowledge of the food and beverage menu
· Working cohesively as part of a close-knit team
· Clearing and resetting tables to ensure prompt turnaround
· Liaising with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals
· Assisting with conferences and events including conference room preparation
· Maintaining standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
Qualifications
· A friendly, customer-focused attitude
· A focus on punctuality and hardworking
· Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
· Barista experience (desirable)
· A high standard of grooming and presentation
· The ability and flexibility to work rostered shifts including nights and weekends
