Technical Support Specialist
We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support and customer service. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal processes.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
* Operating Systems: Windows Server/Desktop OS, MacOS, Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint)
* Ticketing Systems and IT Service Management Tools: Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT Service Management tools is essential for this role.
* Network Troubleshooting: LAN/WAN, VPN, and networked device troubleshooting skills are required.
* Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Tools: Experience with RMM tools is necessary to ensure effective remote monitoring and management.
* Device and Network Security: Knowledge of device and network security concepts is crucial in this role.
* Mac Management Platforms: Familiarity with Jamf or other Mac management platforms is desirable.
* Qualifications: Tertiary IT qualifications or industry certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
