We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative tasks, including responding to calls and emails, documentation control, data entry, and filing.
* Provide support to Directors and Accounts Managers as required.
* Assist with book-keeping, data entry, and filing.
* Day-to-day management of office duties, including maintaining meeting minutes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft 360 package (Outlook, Word, Excel etc).
* Strong customer service experience and great phone manner.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive.
* Ability to learn new systems and procedures.
