As a member of the team, you will be responsible for testing front-end customer journeys, capabilities, and features delivered by our product and technology teams. Your role will involve collaborating with sales, service, and marketing product owners to ensure that development updates and product changes undergo thorough quality assurance before release.

* Develop and maintain test scenarios, scripts, and cases.
* Plan, execute, and manage tests across the front-end customer journey.
* Identify and analyze bugs and errors found during testing, providing detailed reports.
* Document results of tests for the software development team for resolution.
\
The ideal candidate will have experience in manual or automated testing, Agile software development lifecycle, and Agile software tools such as Confluence and Jira. A strong passion for digital customer journeys and excellent communication skills are also essential.
