We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our TechnologyOne Direct sales team. In this role, you'll drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales and pipeline targets through primarily phone-based engagement with existing clients. You'll play a pivotal role in generating qualified pipeline and supporting the success of our regional sales teams.
What you'll be doing…
* Manage a portfolio of existing customers to drive growth and retention.
* Achieve revenue targets by qualifying opportunities and closing sales with named accounts.
* Align TechnologyOne solutions to customer needs, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders, including C-level.
* Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
* Identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
* Drive improvements to sales processes and ways of working.
* Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B environments.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to understand customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to build long-term partnerships.
* Strong product acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* A team player with a good sense of humour.
