This is a unique opportunity to lead a vibrant Middle School (Years 7–9) of approximately 350 students at a pivotal stage in their development.
Commencing in Term 1, 2027, we are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Executive Team as Head of Middle School. This is a pivotal role providing strategic and operational leadership for Years 7-9, ensuring a culture of excellence in learning and wellbeing.
About the Role
* Drive a culture of high expectations, wellbeing, and restorative practices across the Middle School.
* Provide dynamic leadership in pastoral care while building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
* Lead data-driven strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring
* Success in organisational and educational leadership, achieving goals through collaboration.
* Hat/Lead accreditation, or advanced leadership studies, is highly desirable
* Proven experience in middle or senior school leadership.
* Experience implementing adolescent wellbeing frameworks and restorative practices.
