We are currently seeking an experienced Food Services Cook to join our catering team at Yallambee Lodge in Cooma, NSW. This position entails weekend work, with shifts scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am to 5:30pm. There is also opportunity to pick up additional shifts during weekdays.

The Role
Under the guidance of the Chef Supervisor, you will prepare and serve fresh, nutritious meals in line with our Food Safety Program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a meaningful impact through food service in a caring environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and individual needs.
* Assist with special dietary requirements (e.g., texture-modified diets).
* Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
* Support food safety compliance and stock management.
What You'll Need
* Food Handling Certificate & relevant cookery qualification (e.g., Cert III in Commercial Cookery).
* Experience in aged care or hospitality.
* Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Aged Care Worker Screening clearance (required for employment in the sector).
