Responsibilities
Direct Reports
Leadership & Engagement: Provides leadership, coaching, and development of employees (including contractors and outsourced services).
Clear expectations and accountability: Establishes a structured framework that empowers all direct reports to execute business initiatives, drive sales, achieve KPIs, and strive for continuous learning.
Onboarding, upskilling, and continuous development: In partnership with the Training Team, drive ownership and accountability for hiring, onboarding, and continuous upskilling of CCOs and Clinicians.
Drive Business
Manage sales targets in line with the sales forecast and business plan, including budget and capacity costs.
Implement sales strategy across the clinic region, focusing on driving business success, growth, and clinical excellence.
Drive adoption and understanding of sales funnel and ATRT operating model; conduct analysis to identify key drivers of sales performance and areas for improvement.
Understand local market trends to identify and mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.
Increase regional market share through GP engagement and local marketing activities.
Operational
Ensure staffing levels are maintained to meet client demand, maximizing productivity and performance.
Maintain a superior client experience through clinic presentation, customer service, and clinical standards.
Support compliance with business processes and work instructions, and improve operational practices.
Manage staff concerns promptly, involving HR or managers as needed.
Use reports to assess results and develop actions to exceed KPIs.
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, policies, and hearing services obligations.
Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualification or degree in science, business, or economics.
Highly desirable: Audiology or Audiometry qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail or audiology.
Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams to meet sales goals.
Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
Proven track record in sales planning, execution, and management within a territory.
Knowledge of business and financial metrics; audiological knowledge is a plus.
Commercially driven with experience supporting company initiatives.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours; valid Australian driver's license required.
