Job Title: Hospitality Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Hospitality Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Anticipate and attend to guest needs and desires promptly
* Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within allocated time
* Replenish and control guest supplies
* Report maintenance needs to supervisor
* Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration with colleagues
* Maintain personal grooming to ensure professional appearance
* Inform housekeeping office of unusual situations immediately
* Report potential health and safety hazards to supervisor
* Greet guests politely and courteously
* Attend departmental meetings
* Comply with hotel operational policies and procedures
* Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
* Perform other duties as directed by Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Supervisors
