We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our dewatering pump sales strategy across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, exceeding sales KPIs through strong leadership and strategic vision.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. They will also possess strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue and market growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive team performance and exceed sales targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.
* Develop new products and services, build compelling value propositions, and contribute to product design through our NPI process.
* Identify market opportunities, respond to industry shifts, and execute growth strategies aligned with our business goals.
* Champion the use of Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools to enhance sales efficiency.
* Maintain a high level of safety awareness and demonstrate commitment to our zero harm behaviors.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or Trade Certification in Mechanical Field or equivalent technical experience.
* Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and SAP.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
