About the Role
The ICT Business Analyst position is responsible for analysing business processes, identifying system requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions. The role forms part of the service delivery function and supports client engagements by translating business needs into structured system and process improvements.

Salary: $90,000 to $95,000 + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements
* Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
* Support the design and implementation of technology solutions aligned to client operations
* Prepare and maintain documentation including requirement specifications, process maps, and reports
* Work with development teams to ensure solutions are built in line with documented requirements
* Assist in system testing, validation, and user acceptance processes
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where required
* Support project delivery by ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with outcomes
* Maintain clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role
* Experience working on system implementation or process improvement projects
* Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and requirement gathering
* Ability to prepare clear and structured documentation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
