THE ROLE
We'relooking for someone to take ownership of our retail space and customer experience.
As Head of Retail & Experience,you'llshape how people feel when they walk through the door — from first impressions to lasting relationships.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who:
* Notices the details others miss
* Takes pride in how a space looks and feels
* Understands that great retail is about experience, not just product
* You'll work closely with the founders and play a key role in how the brand evolves.

EXPERIENCE
* Background in retail, hospitality, or customer‐facing roles
* Experience leading or mentoring a team
* Interest in fashion, apparel, or premium retail environments
* Comfortable using POS systems and basic tools (Square, Excel, email)
*Youdon'tneed to be a golfer
*You do need to care deeply about experience and people
