About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

This store operates in a busy, high-activity location. Success here requires alertness, confidence, and strict adherence to safety procedures. We provide training, systems, and management support — but this role best suits people who are comfortable working in challenging environments.
About You & Your Skills
* You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
* You can remain calm in high pressure situations
* You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
* You'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
* You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
* Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
* Be willing to adhere to and follow strict safety procedures
* Have knowledge of the local area
* Be comfortable setting boundaries with customers
