Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales within the coatings industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
* Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management abilities.
* Self-motivation, energy, and a results-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
