Work as an experienced Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Northern Goldfields site. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing or supervising staff and experience in waste management or vacuum trucks is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to revenue and costs.
* Ensure all delivery drivers are loaded and unloaded efficiently to minimize downtime, working closely with other Operations Managers.
* Maintain equipment with onsite fitters and liaise with the service team to guarantee optimal performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace at all times. We offer accommodation in town, meals, flights, and a permanent room in a lockable facility. The work schedule includes 6am to 6pm Day Shift only – No nights.
