The Role
We are looking for a Casual Customer Service Officer to join our Holden Hill team. This hands-on role will support customer enquiries, order processing, reception, and logistics coordination, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Customer Service Manager, Sales, Production, and Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email professionally.
* Process and confirm customer orders accurately and on time.
* Assist with reception duties, including attending to visitors and phone calls.
* Liaise with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to track orders.
* Support sample handling and dispatch processes.
* Prepare basic reports and support internal communication.
* Identify and suggest process improvements for better customer service.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar B2B environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Sybiz).
* Ability to problem-solve and work proactively.
