About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced florist to join our team. This casual position offers the opportunity to create stunning floral arrangements that showcase our commitment to quality and style.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and creating a variety of floral arrangements, including bouquets, wedding florals, and bespoke pieces.
* Engaging with clients and customers to understand their needs and offer professional advice.
* Maintaining a high standard of customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
* Assisting with event set-ups, ensuring floral displays are picture-perfect.
* Contributing to the overall upkeep and aesthetic of the store.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in the floristry industry.
* A Certificate III in Floristry/Floral Design (or equivalent).
* Passion, energy, and creativity, with a keen eye for detail and design.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English.
* Flexibility with your working hours, including weekends.
* A reliable and motivated work ethic, with strong time management skills.
* Experience in wedding floristry (highly regarded).
* A professional attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive, close-knit team.
