Key Responsibilities
As a Youth Support Worker, you will provide trauma-informed care and support to children and young people in our Out of Home Care program.
Your role is to help them heal, grow, and build a brighter future. This involves providing day-to-day care and support for children and young people.
* Support with personal care, education, social activities, and independent living skills
* Create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment
* Offer trauma-informed and positive behavior support when challenges arise
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Certificate IV in Community Services (or willingness to enroll)
* A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
* An NDIS Workers Screening Check
* A National Police Check (we'll complete this for successful applicants)
* A valid open driver's license
