Regional Workforce Coordinator Pilbara Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Workforce Coordinator in the Pilbara region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level professional and strategic support to schools in the region, with a focus on the effective development, implementation, and coordination of sustainable and innovative VET programs.
This includes undertaking research, review, and analysis of new and existing VET program providers to deliver quality assurance and information to schools, as well as facilitating and monitoring the delivery of professional learning for VET Coordinators and teachers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of VET policies, principles, trends, and issues associated with VET delivered to secondary students in Western Australia, as well as demonstrated professional knowledge of teaching practices and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure high levels of educational outcomes are achieved for all VET students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level professional and strategic support to schools in the region.
* Develop and implement sustainable and innovative VET programs.
* Undertake research, review, and analysis of VET program providers.
* Facilitate and monitor the delivery of professional learning for VET Coordinators and teachers.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated high-level knowledge and understanding of VET policies, principles, trends, and issues.
* Demonstrated professional knowledge of teaching practices.
* Able to work collaboratively with Principals, VET Coordinators, and relevant specialist staff.
* Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication networks.
