The Opportunity
As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include:
Opening and closing of the store
Assisting with day-to-day store operations
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
Maintaining the store's appearance and organization to a high standard
About You
Experience in a customer-facing role
The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products
Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
Ability to work autonomously, problem-solve and take initiative
Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends
Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
