 
        
        OverviewWe currently have a full-time permanent position available for a Business Support Officer at our Shepparton Dealership which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, positive and friendly interactions with customers visiting our site.Proactively host and assist with customer enquiries.Answer all incoming calls and direct them in a supportive manner to the appropriate team member.Attend to accounts payable and receivable.Provide administrative and operational support to various departments within the Branch.Manage correspondence including emails, letters and other communications.Assist with customer accounts management.To be successful you will needWillingness to ask questions and learn.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
