Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and experience
* Welcome guests at the concierge desk and provide assistance with their needs
* Offer directions, information and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
* Promote and sell gift cards and other services
You will be expected to work in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting customers with confidence and providing a memorable experience. Availability from September to February is required, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
