Our client is a well established Insurance Broking firm that have just won the fastest growing Insurance Broker award as well as Broker of the year award, they have an amazing team, great management and they look after their staff very well and have a brilliant working environment and culture
We are looking for an Insurance professional to join our client's expanding Norwest Branch. The successful candidate will be managing an existing portfolio of Commercial SME and middle market business as well as working on Warm - Hot leads provided by the company. Ideally you will be be an Account Exec / Account Manager with 2 + years' experience, good technical Commercial General Insurance knowledge and a positive attitude
There will also be an opportunity to handle some new business enquiries that come through and you will be rewarded with a generous commission on any of these that you convert/sign
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing the highest level of customer service to the portfolio of clients
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the Insured, Underwriters and other key stakeholders
* Handling some new Business enquiries
* Handling renewals, remarketing and all other Broking duties with the help of Admin/Assistants.
* Working on Commercial SME and Middle Market accounts
* Using the Insight, Sunrise and SCTP Broking systems
* Working closely with your team including the Claims specialist team
Ideally candidates will have:
* Tier 1 qualifications in General Insurance Broking
* At least 2 years' experience in Insurance Broking
* Strong verbal and written communication skills essential
* Good energy levels and desire to succeed
* High levels of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
