We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated Customer Service Relief Shift Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for existing team members to develop their leadership skills.

About The Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise on a relief basis for the daily operations of the Customer Service team. This position will organise and allocate the tasks and activities of the team on shift, and act as a key point of escalation for customer enquiries.

About You

Someone who is a natural leader, delivers exceptional customer service, immaculate written and verbal communication and can deal with all levels of customer complaints.

What You Will Need To Be Considered...


* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check Clearance
* Demonstrated high level attention to detail
* Cash handling experience in a past-paced environment
* Experience using CRM systems, particularly InfoGenesis and LINKS
* Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications (preferably Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Demonstrable high-level customer service skills
* Willingness to undertake Leadership and Performance Management training
* Availability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirement
* Clear performance management history for 12 months
