Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel as a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, you will need:
* A deep understanding of HACCP and Quality Assurance Systems
* Experience in the food processing industry with knowledge of quality monitoring and reporting systems
* Prior experience in internal auditing and HACCP certification is desirable
* A good understanding of regulated Approved Arrangements
* Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management or Food Technology are advantageous
