You will be involved in a prestigious $140m development in the heart of Brisbane, consisting of two eight-storey towers seamlessly integrated with a beautifully restored heritage-listed residence from the 1870s.
Responsibilities
The Structures Foreman will oversee all structural works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
You will lead and coordinate structural trades and crane crews.
Prior experience in high-rise construction is highly regarded.
Qualifications
A degree in Construction Management or a relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
Experience in EBA site environments
Sound knowledge and practical experience with industrial relations (IR)
Demonstrated success in high-rise construction projects
Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-million-dollar developments
Strong leadership skills in site and structural supervision within commercial construction
Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
