About the Role:
* We require an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead asset performance data analysis, identify failure modes, and drive defect elimination.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing maintenance strategies, including RCM, FMEA, and PM optimization.
* This role involves supporting shutdown planning and execution with reliability-driven scopes and influencing capital and maintenance decisions through risk-based recommendations.
About You:
* A tertiary qualification in Engineering is essential, along with 3–5 years of reliability experience.
* Hands-on knowledge of RCA, FMEA, RCM, and criticality analysis is mandatory.
* The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, a safety-first mindset, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
* Analyze condition monitoring data and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance strategies.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reliability engineering.
* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
