We’re hiring an Application Configuration & Support Engineer – Splunk/OpenSearch in Melbourne to support a major banking client through a critical transformation—from mainframe to cutting-edge cloud-based transaction switching.
If you're a monitoring/alerting expert with real-world experience in Splunk, OpenSearch, Grafana, or Prometheus, this role puts your skills front and center on a high-impact program.
What you’ll do:
* Design and implement monitoring solutions for infrastructure, apps, and financial services
* Collaborate with dev squads, ops, and business teams
* Drive quality outcomes in a fast-paced financial environment
You bring:
* 5+ years monitoring high-stakes financial systems
* Deep hands-on skills with Splunk/OpenSearch
* Experience with AWS, Azure, GitHub
* Bonus: AppD, Cribl, JSON/Avro
You’re ideal if you:
* Thrive on solving complex problems
* Know banking compliance and card scheme formats
