In this role, you will act as a frontline troubleshooter, providing excellent sales skills and resolving issues for customers over the phone or email. Location : Launceston TAS branch
Hours : Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting to : Branch Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous customer service or industry experience preferred but not essential
* Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
* Ability to analyze situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities
* Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently
* Stay up-to-date with our products and services to enhance customer experience
* Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing
* Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
* Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email, making a great first impression
