About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity for a Centre Manager/ ECT who leads with heart, vision, and operational excellence. You'll oversee daily operations, mentor a dedicated team, and ensure our centre continues to deliver exceptional care and education.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and support a team of educators
* Ensure full compliance with NQS, EYLF, and regulatory frameworks
* Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community
* Manage rosters, enrolments, reporting, and centre administration
* Uphold and promote our centre's philosophy, policies, and values
About You
We're looking for a leader/teacher who brings warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to quality early learning. You'll have:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Childcare Woker/Early Childhood Educator or similar roles.
* Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and experience developing a QIP.
* Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* A genuine passion for creating safe, inclusive and nurturing environments
