About the position
This is a full-time, permanent Commercial Property Administration Assistant role based in the Fremantle office.
This is a varied position combining reception, lease administration, and property administration responsibilities, supporting Directors, Asset Managers, and Property Managers in the day-to-day management of a substantial commercial property portfolio.
You will play a key role in maintaining lease records, supporting tenant administration, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting processes, while acting as a professional first point of contact for tenants and stakeholders.
This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Duties may include:
* Managing front-of-house reception and telephone enquiries
* Preparing and maintaining lease documentation, including leases, renewals, and variations
* Maintaining tenancy schedules, lease registers, and property records
* Supporting rent reviews and lease administration processes
* Responding to tenant enquiries and coordinating with Property Managers
* Maintaining key registers, access records, and security documentation
* Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets and administrative reporting
* Providing administrative support across the property and asset management team
* Supporting general office administration and documentation management

Requirements
* Previous experience in property administration, lease administration, or commercial property (essential)
* Strong Excel skills, with confidence managing spreadsheets and property data (essential)
* Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software (preferred)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Full working rights in Australia
