Executive Assistant to CEO | Inner Suburbs | $160,000-$170,000 package We are recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to support a CEO within a large, complex organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation following recent acquisition. This is a pivotal role within a newly evolving Executive Leadership Team, offering broad exposure across the business and Board-level activity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key responsibilities: High-level executive support to the CEO, with additional support across the Executive Leadership Team as required Complex diary, inbox, travel and priority management in a fast-moving environment Coordination of Board meetings in partnership with the Company Secretary, including preparation of packs, agendas, minutes and action tracking Support of executive and leadership meetings, ensuring strong preparation, structure and follow-through High-level stakeholder engagement across internal leaders, Board members and external stakeholders Coordination support for a busy corporate head office environment About the environment: Evolving Executive Leadership Team and increasing corporate sophistication Blend of corporate leadership and operational environment Fast-paced, hands-on and evolving with limited existing structure Based in the inner suburbs with parking onsite What we’re looking for: Experience supporting Senior Executives Board and governance exposure highly regarded Highly proactive, structured and solutions-focused approach Strong stakeholder management and executive presence Ability to operate confidently in ambiguity and build structure where needed Excellent judgement, discretion and attention to detail
