Following an extensive renovation, the Payneham Tavern is ready for a new chapter—and we're seeking a strong, experienced Venue Manager to lead it.
About the Role
We are looking for a well-rounded leader in food & beverage, gaming, and wagering.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a revitalized local venue, build a high-performing team, and influence the venue's ongoing success.
As Venue Manager, you will oversee the entire operation of the tavern.
From front-of-house to gaming and back-of-house systems, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations.
You will lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
What We Offer
Generous salary package: $95,000 - $105,000 + superannuation
Quarterly KPI bonus: $44,000

Required experience: 3+ years in Venue Management
Ability to learn and utilize venue reporting and systems
Financial acumen including P&L management
Experience in high-turnover customer service environments

Proven ability to implement and execute promotions successfully
