The role:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts and customer service department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organising parts and CSM stock
* Utilise computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and customer information
* Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry is highly preferred
* Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, and brands, as well as an understanding of market trends and customer preferences
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
* Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and customer relations.
