About the Role:
If you are organised, friendly, great at greeting our valued visitors and keeping things running smoothly, we are looking for a Receptionist & Office Administrator based in our WA, Hope Valley Office.
Reporting to the Accounts & Business Services Manager, this role will be the face of our WA Branch office through Reception duties as well as being a key part of our Accounts & Business Services team undertaking general office administrative duties assisting with General Office Support, backup for Accounts Team and Information Technology Support.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and handle phone calls with professionalism and warmth
* Phone Backup for other Branches
* Keep schedules, files and records organised and up to date
* Office administration support to the Accounts & Business Services Manager completing general office administration tasks to ensure the WA Branch office runs efficiently
* Assisting the Accounts & Business Services Manager with backup tasks for Accounts Team and general IT co-ordination support
Qualifications
* A positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Great multitasking and organisational abilities
* Attention to detail and a knack for creating solutions to problems
* Demonstrated experience in Reception and general office administration
* Basic IT knowledge to assist with IT co-ordination support activities
