Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. You will ensure that HR practices comply with Australian employment laws and company policies. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR operations and compliance, is also necessary. In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and Fair Work regulations is essential. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll management, preferably in coordination with an external payroll provider, is highly desirable. Experience in managing workers' compensation and return-to-work coordination is also valuable. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, data analysis) are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, are essential. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in HR and payroll operations is required.
