HR Advisor | Aged Care organisation | St Leonards/hybrid | 6-8 weeks | $40-$45ph + Super
**Your new company**
Your recent company is an Aged Care provider based in St. Leonards. The company has beautiful offices near the train station, and they are looking for a HR Advisor who can hit the ground running for a 6-8 weeks role.
**Your new role**
As a HR Advisor you will be assisting the HRBPs to provide operational HR support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to employee HR related queries, acting as first POC
- Providing advice and support to managers on HR policies and procedures, including providing advice on the interpretation of the Enterprise Agreement
- HR Administration tasks through Workday, such as onboarding, generating contracts, updating and maintaining employee files, escalation of Workday issues, etc
- Assisting with project work and ad hoc tasks as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in the aged care or healthcare space.
- Proven track record in providing HR policy advice to managers and employees.
- Ability to hit the ground running and pick up systems and processes quickly
- Workday experience would be ideal
