Job Role Overview
This is a full-time opportunity for an Infrastructure Administrator to manage site administration on construction projects.
* The successful candidate will prepare and coordinate staff documentation, new hire requests and starter instructions.
* They will process weekly timesheets, labour hire timesheets and facilitate client-based training and inductions.
* Process and file all mobilisation and training documentation.
* Support project management teams and engineers.
* Assist with site meetings when required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, team player experience with Microsoft Word and strong verbal and written communication skills.
