The Role
As Director of Marketing Intelligence, you'll lead the design and execution of data strategies that uncover performance levers and drive business growth. Reporting into our CEO, this role blends advanced analytics, AI, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership to transform how media and marketing decisions are made.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement best-practice data infrastructure, security, and ingestion processes to support media optimisation, reporting, and business intelligence.
* Collect, clean, model, and automate data from multiple sources to build dashboards and reporting systems that drive strategic decisions.
* Deliver insights and visualisations that support performance tracking, media investment, budgeting, and audience optimisation.
* Apply predictive and statistical techniques to uncover trends, inform marketing strategy, and support business outcomes.
* Support client onboarding and new business pitches with data-led strategy and analytics frameworks.
* Ensure timely and effective delivery of analytics projects, embedding insights into our strategic product offering.
Skill Set
* Background in technology from applications to infrastructure
* Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
* Experience in applying analytical methodologies including econometrics
* Experience in applying analytics to paid media, the google marketing stack and other third-party measurement
* Strong understanding of web and app data architectures
* Exceptional communication skills
* Experience in project management or management consulting
* Familiarity with marketing mix modelling, attribution methods, and marketing incrementality testing.
* Key interest in leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance insights, automate workflows, or improve decision-making
* Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Cloud Computing, PowerBI and web marketing tech stacks
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Management Consulting or related field.
