Role Responsibilities
* The roster: Casual, with weekend availability required
* The location: RATIONALE Bondi
* You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail experiences
* You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training
* You will provide skin consultations and tailored skincare product plans to clients
* You will educate clients on the RATIONALE treatment offering in partnership with our Skin Therapists
* You will perform reception and operational duties in a luxury skin clinic environment

Qualifications
* Experience delivering excellent client service in a retail, luxury, spa or clinic environment, in a similar role
* Passion for skincare, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client needs
* Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills
* Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture
