We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Transition PMO Consultant to support governance, reporting, and account oversight for managed services and transformation programs. This role will ensure seamless onboarding, structured governance, and effective stakeholder engagement throughout the transition lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the single point of contact for managed services onboarding and ongoing training.
* Lead the setup and execution of governance forums in line with contractual obligations.
* Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications.
* Maintain trackers for staffing, resource demands, and performance metrics.
* Coordinate with capability leads, tower leads, and RMG to ensure timely role fulfillment and project code tagging.
* Maintain project documentation, SharePoint repositories, and intranet portals.
* Support onboarding, training, and rewards & recognition initiatives across the account.
* Track interdependencies, risks, and issues for the account.

Your Experience
* Proven experience in supporting managed services and transformation programs.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Familiarity with governance models, staffing trackers, and GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology.
* Ideally have some financial acumen.
* Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to challenge standard processes to create greater efficiency.
* Abilty to work within a complex environment with many moving parts
