You'll play a vital role in quantifying all materials and labour needed to build each home, across a variety of projects including single-storey and multi-unit developments.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately quantify and order materials and labour for various build typesCollaborate with Site Managers and suppliers to resolve queriesManage variations and verify "Extra to Order" invoicesProof and check all scheduling work for accuracyRaise purchase orders and distribute to relevant partiesInterpret contract documents, plans, and applicable legislation and standardsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in residential construction scheduling or related fieldAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsStrong understanding of construction methodsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalInitiative, enthusiasm to learn, and a helpful, team-oriented attitudeStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time managementConsistently meets deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join ABN Group?
