This full time hands-on leadership position will see you working within our City of Sydney team ensuring tasks are completed to the highest possible standards that exceed our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities
Assist with leading a team of garden maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
Conduct site audits, inspect garden areas to assess condition, identify improvements and implement corrective actions.

About You
Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or at least 5 year's relevant experience
Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Valid Drivers' license is essential
Team player with excellent communication skills
